About Randy Frazee
Randy Frazee is senior pastor of Pantego Bible Church in Ft. Worth, Texas. Married to his wife Rozanne for twenty years, they have four children (ages 9–17). The Frazee family all enjoy having room for life.
The first five years of Randy's ministry at Pantego are chronicled in the book he wrote with Lyle Schaller titled The Comeback Congregation . Randy has emerged as a national expert in spiritual formation and biblical community. National leaders and thinkers such as Dallas Willard, Larry Crabb, J.I. Packer, Bob Buford, George Gallup, Jr., Ken Blanchard, and John Maxwell have endorsed his work and writings. In fact, Randy has collaborated with George Gallup Jr. in the creation of a Christian discipleship assessment tool called The Christian Life Profile . This tool helps an individual, in the context of a safe community, discover where they are in their Christian journey against thirty core Christian measurement points.
Randy is also the author of The Connecting Church: Beyond Small Groups to Authentic Community . This book lays out some radically new concepts on Christian community and spiritual formation. Making Room for Life is a wonderful complement to this work. Randy is a regular speaker and has contributed numerous articles for Leadership Journal and several featured sermons for Preaching Today . Randy holds a master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.
